Registrations for the new season are now LIVE !!!! 😀😀😀
Previous members can login in to your account. You can retrieve your login details if you have forgotten them by pressing Forgot password. At this point, please update all your details and register. You must make sure you have done the upgrade to ResultsHQ first as per my earlier post.
New members, click create account and input all details asked and upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport details with full name and date of birth on. Every new athlete MUST provide evidence of date of birth. Due to insurance purposes, your child cannot compete unless we have sighted this. If you cannot upload these, please come along to one of our sign on days listed below.
All payments are made online. NO cash or eftpos will be accepted at the club this season for registrations.
If you have a FairPlay (previously Get Started) voucher, you must provide the voucher to the club BEFORE registering online as you will require a discount code to finalise payment.
If returning athletes wish to retain last seasons competition number I need this request by 5pm tomorrow night, Friday 2nd August. Even if you are not registering straight away just message the club at [email protected] to let me know. After this there is no guarentee you will be able to retain your number.
Remember if you have any problems registering, please do not hesitate to contact us by email, or attend 1 of our sign on dates, Saturday 3rd August 11am-2pm @ Mcdonalds Helensvale, Saturday 10th August 8am-3pm @ Coles Pacific Pines, or Sunday 18th August 11am-3pm @ the club, Helensvale State High School.
