Training and coaching is free for ages U6 and up. Training is held on Wednesday afternoons from 5:15pm – 6:15pm for registered athletes. This is not compulsory but it is a fantastic way to gain some extra skills for competition.
An accompanying adult must be present at training – this is not a drop-off and pick-up option.
Uniforms are not compulsory for training nights.

Our club head coach is Tracey Phillis alongside our assistant coach Michael Murray and they will be assisted by other members of the club who have coaching qualifications and experience to help each athlete reach their full potential. Generally, coaching on a Wednesday will be geared towards the events taking place on the Friday.
